Make a warranty claim

Every product we supply carries a 1-year warranty. If something is wrong with a product you bought from us, follow these four steps.

    Gather your details

    Your order or invoice number, the product name and catalogue number, and the date you bought it.

    Send your claim

    Fill in the form on this page. You can also send photos of the product and where it is installed on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    We review it

    Our team looks at your claim and contacts you. We may ask for more photos or to see the product.

  4. 4

    We put it right

    If the problem is covered, we arrange the refund with you, as set out in our refund policy.

What the warranty covers

A problem with the product, reported within 1 year of purchase.

What it does not cover

Damage caused by short circuits, double phasing or physical damage.
