1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.hydztraders.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Website is operated by HYDZ Traders ("we", "us", "our"), a Schneider Electric Authorised Channel Partner in Pakistan. You can contact us at info@hydztraders.com or +92 339 7864939 (WhatsApp).

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

All products we sell are genuine Schneider Electric products supplied through the authorised channel.

Descriptions and images. We try to describe and show every product accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on screen. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.
Catalogue numbers. Each product lists its Schneider catalogue number. Please check it matches your requirement before ordering.
Prices. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability can change without notice.
Errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after confirmation. We will contact you before doing so.

3. Orders, payment and quotations

Placing an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified.
Payment. You can pay online at checkout or by cash on delivery (COD). For COD, please have the full amount ready when the order arrives.
COD confirmation. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
Project and bulk quotations. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or 7 days if none is stated. Prices, quantities and delivery terms in an accepted quotation override the website prices for that order.
Cancellations. You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the Refund Policy applies.

4. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery. We deliver anywhere in Pakistan for a flat Rs 500, within 3 business days of order confirmation. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
Checking your order. Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any damage, missing items or wrong items within 7 days.
Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty. All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, short circuit, double phasing, voltage fluctuation or physical damage.

5. Installation and safety

Electrical products must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with applicable wiring rules and the manufacturer's instructions. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside the product's rated specifications.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Website, including text, images and logos, belongs to HYDZ Traders or its licensors. Schneider Electric names, logos and product names are trademarks of Schneider Electric and are used under our partner arrangement.
